Packaging

1) How can I track my item(s)?

Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website.

2) How long does shipping take?

Shipping may take anywhere between 5-7 working days, depending on your location.

3) Who delivers my item(s)?

Depending on selected shipping method. Your items are delivered by your local postal service (Canada Post/UPS/Purolator) in your location.

4) I placed an order for in-store pick up. How will I know it is ready?

When your order is fulfilled by our Shop Manager, you will receive an email that your order has been fulfilled. You may pick up your order anytime during store hours.
